Our go-to green juice is packed with easily-digestible nutrients and is ideal for using up leftover produce from the week. Rich in potassium, folate, vitamins K and C, and more, it’s the perfect drink when you’re seeking some potent nourishment.

Our Green Juice Formula – We like to use moisture-rich celery and cucumber as a base, then add super greens like parsley and kale for pungent green color. Apple (or orange) adds a touch of sweetness, while ginger and lemon add tart flavor and an immune-boosting kick! 😊

All-Embracing Compassion: The Heart-Practice of Tonglen❤️

As human beings, we have a very interesting habit of resisting what is unpleasant and seeking what is pleasurable. We resist, avoid, and deny suffering and we continually grasp at pleasure. If we observe our behavior, it is easy to see that we habitually resist and avoid people, situations, and feelings we consider to be painful, unpleasant, or uncomfortable, and we are naturally attracted to people, situations, and feelings we consider pleasant, comfortable, and gratifying.

According to Buddhist teachings, this behavior is a symptom of fundamental ignorance and is influenced by the defilements of greed (attachment), hatred (aversion), and delusion (misperception of reality). To break the spell of this dualistic perception, to dissolve the barriers in our hearts that keep us feeling separate from others, and to cultivate a deep compassion for all living beings, including ourselves, we need to meet and embrace reality in a radically new way. To accomplish this, we can use the precious heart-practice of Tonglen.

In Tonglen practice, through our compassion, we take on (embrace without resistance) the various sufferings of all beings: their fear, hurt, frustration, pain, anger, guilt, bitterness, loneliness, doubt, rage, and so forth. In return, we give them our loving-kindness, happiness, peace of mind, well-being, healing, and fulfillment.

#1 Chocolate Banana🍌 Smoothie Recipe 🍹
Ingredients
- One frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup almond milk or water

❣Directions
Whenever you make smoothies with fruit, it’s always great to freeze the fruit beforehand because it will keep you from having to add ice, which will dilute it overall. Blend everything until you get a smooth, creamy consistency. Top it with a light dusting of cocoa powder.

#2 Mango🍋 Smoothie Recipe 🍹
Well, this mango smoothie tastes like the most glorious double-thick, creamy, smooth mango custard you’ve ever imagined. And it does that with just 2-ingredients and takes just 5-minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Mango
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mango (optional, if you don’t have frozen mango, add an extra fresh mango)
- 1 Frozen Banana (100-150g) – (previously peeled, quartered and frozen for at least 12 hours).

❣Directions
Peel the mangos and slice the flesh into a blender jug, squeezing the pips to get as much juice as possible. Blend. Add the frozen mango and frozen banana and blend again till smooth. Pour out into a glass and serve right away.

We are excited to be launching our next 28 Day Orion Home Retreat on
Our aim is to help guide you through this journey that we will all emerge from having grown spiritually feeling peaceful and focused. The retreat has been a huge success with several hundred people regularly engaging with live online guided meditations, fitness and yoga , dance classes and workshops.

For this retreat we will be raising money for the homeless and unemployed Burmese immigrants 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦 that have found themselves stranded on Koh Samui since the pandemic without income and borders to their homeland closed. Local charityi Sisters On Samui doing an amazing job in keeping a supply of fresh food available to these Burmese immigrants.

We are accepting payment on a donation basis which means that you decide how much you are able to pay and whether you would prefer to pay for the complete retreat in advance or for individual events as and when you are able to join us. Amazing Experience - Detox in Paradise🏝❤️

Absolutely amazing experience at Orion. Perfect setting for a detox retreat. On a very peaceful part of the island. Beautiful beach with lovely sunsets. I upgraded to the beachfront bungalow, highly recommended. Waking up to those views and being only steps away from the beach. Nice clean and comfy rooms with a proper oriental vibe to them. The resort itself was so beautiful. I think my favourite part was the beachfront yoga shala with the buddha sculpture. I took many a photo with that in the background.

I did the 12 day Burnout package. Great value for money. The schedule was really well thought / planned out. I was very impressed. I wouldnt have changed anything about it.
All the staff were incredible, super helpful, friendly and always on hand to ensure I was doing ok on my detox. Big shout out to Simon, what a guy. Really good to connect with him and learn from his wisdom. He really knows his stuff when it comes to the energy healing sessions.

Although I only ate raw food there, for a few days as i was fasting most of the time, the food was incredible and massive selection of lovely juices.

I felt really well looked after at Orion and I am so glad i did this for myself. Money very well spent. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone, whether you are looking to detox or just spend some time relaxing. I can't wait to come back some time :-)
